Precautions For Terminal Blocks

Jan 12, 2022

1. The tightening force should be moderate, to prevent the bolts and nuts from sliding with too much force. If the bolts and nuts that have been slipped are found to be replaced in time, it is strictly forbidden to work.

2. When tightening or loosening the screw with a screwdriver, you must force the screwdriver to tighten the screw, and then tighten or loosen it to prevent the screwdriver and the screw from slipping, causing damage to the screw, which is not easy to disassemble, especially the commonly used open space in the hanging box.

3. If you find bolts and nuts that are difficult to disassemble, don't act recklessly, to prevent deformation and make disassembly more difficult, you should give appropriate beating, or add screw loosening agent, dilute hydrochloric acid, etc. to disassemble later.

4. Do not use a vise to tighten or loosen the bolt and nut to prevent damage. Adjust the opening when using a live wrench to prevent the bolt and nut from being damaged and deformed, making it difficult to disassemble and assemble.

5. A maximum of two wires of the same type and specification can be connected to the same terminal.

6. For terminals that are easy to loosen or have poor contact, the wire joints must be fastened on the terminals with a "?" type to increase the contact area and prevent loosening.

7. When the wire joints or wire noses are connected to each other, it is strictly forbidden to install non-copper or poor conductive gaskets in the middle.
